2012 Keynote Speaker
Brigadier General (BG) Robert “Bo” Dyess assumed duties as the Director, Requirements Integration, Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), on 3 August 2009.
During his 29 years of service, BG Dyess has held command and staff assignments including: Rifle Platoon Leader, A Company, later Mortar Platoon Leader, Combat Support Company, later S-3 (Air), 1st Battalion, 505th Infantry (Airborne), 82d Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, to include duty as a Tactical Officer, United States Army School of the Americas in Panama and combat operations during OPERATION URGENT FURY in Grenada and OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM (Afghanistan).
He is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses; Command and General Staff College; Force Management Course; and the Air War College. BG Dyess holds a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VPI) and a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Air University, Alabama.
